Follow the instructions below to print your weekly schedule.
- Access the Weekly View for the classroom.
Instructional leaders and coaches must select the campus and classroom from the Home page before clicking Weekly View.
Instructional staff can access Weekly View directly from their Home page.

In your Chrome browser's menu, go to File > Print, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P (Windows) or Command+P (Mac).
Adjust the following settings:
Destination: Save as PDF.
Layout: Landscape
Margins: None
Scale: Custom, size down to 50–60%

Save the PDF to your desktop. You can then share the file or print as needed.
