Use the instructions below to move a student to a different classroom. Choose the appropriate steps based on whether the student is moving to another classroom on the same campus or to a classroom at a different campus.
1. Sign in to the ECR Platform at platform.everychildready.org. If you’re assigned the Roster Manager role, you’ll see the Admin Dashboard at the top of the page.
2. Hover over Admin Dashboard, and select Student.
3. Type the student’s full or partial name in the search bar to find the student you wish to update and click Search.
4. When searching for a student, please verify the first name, last name, and date of birth before continuing. Once the correct student has been found, click the classroom you wish to change.
5. Select the new Classroom ID.
6. Click Save.
6. Confirm the change by searching for the student again on the “Student list” page.

5. Click Delete.
5. Click Confirm.
A “Classroom Students has been deleted” notification will appear if the action was successful.
5. Find the student on the “Student list” page and click their School Years assignment.
6. Update the Campus ID.
7. Click Save.
An “Entity Created” notification will appear if this was successful.
8. Find the student on the “Student list” page, find the Operations column, click the drop-down arrow menu button to the right of the Edit button, and select Add to Classroom.
9. Select the new Classroom ID for the new campus
10. Click Save.
11. Confirm that the student’s information, including classroom and school year, is correct.
